Inaugural CEO Tom Bledsoe retired in June 2022 after 25 years at the helm of the Housing Partnership Network. Under his leadership, HPN grew from an all-volunteer coalition to become a strong network and leading voice for partnership-based nonprofits in the affordable housing industry – collaboratively launching over a dozen innovative, high-impact products, programs, and business enterprises.

Chuck Wehrwein leads a team overseeing management of current social enterprises and development of new ventures and strategic business partnerships. A recognized leader in the housing and community development sector, Chuck has held a number of senior-level roles throughout his career, including at NeighborWorks America; Mercy Housing; National Equity Fund; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Housing Service.

Manuel Muelle is responsible for the Network's membership meetings, member services, expanding peer exchange efforts, and the International Housing Partnership, a collaborative of Network members and leading affordable housing organizations in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

As EVP, Capital Markets, Katie Rodriguez manages the Network's capital market relationships, and is responsible for raising debt, equity, and impact investing capital, as well as for its CDFI lending and investing strategy and activities.

Robin Hughes is the president and CEO of Housing Partnership Network, a national collaborative of the nation’s top mission-driven housing developers, financial intermediaries, and advocates. John O'Callaghan is the Vice Chair of HPN's Board of Directors and serves as the President and CEO of Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP) where he leads the organization's policy, lending, and housing development programs aimed at ensuring mixed income housing opportunity near job centers across metro Atlanta.

Larry Swanson is nationally-renowned expert in affordable housing development who was executive director of ACTION-Housing from 2005 to 2024,. He shaped the development of the Housing Partnership Network in countless ways as an early member, former board chair, and architect on the member side of one of our first social enterprises -- a national insurance initiative (Housing Partnership Insurance Exchange) that now provides coverage for 100,000 rental homes across the country.
