Recruit, Reward, Retain
HPN has developed a custom survey to benchmark national baselines for member compensation and benefits across all affordable housing roles. Participating members can access to up-to-date compensation benchmarks, benefits, retirement, and other employee policy information, a comprehensive wage gap and equity analysis, as well as a dynamic tool to adjust market comps based on geographic location.
Pricing is $6,500 per participating HPN member organization. The 2024 Study is presented in partnership with Thruline Compensation Consulting. Questions? Reach out to Ben Crosby (Thruline) or Sherry Burton (HPN).
