The Housing Partnership Network (HPN) is thrilled to announce a strategic collaboration with ProdigyLink, the leading solution provider integrating water utility, water loss, and water asset management solutions, to accelerate water resilience and reduce costs in the affordable housing sector. Through this partnership, HPN and ProdigyLink will work together to expand the availability of innovative water management solutions that reduce operating costs and advance sustainability results. By leveraging ProdigyLink’s advanced, proprietary technology and unique approach to understanding the needs of each community, HPN will help its members minimize water as a risk to preserving affordable housing.

Affordable housing providers are struggling with increases in operational costs, stemming from water and sewer consumption, interior water leaks and overflows, and property insurance premiums all increasing at an unsustainable rate. Property damage in Multifamily properties, both existing and new, can often result in displacement of residents and increasing costs of insurance.
