Fall Member Meeting (2025)
December 3 - 5th, 2025 | San Diego, CA
Join us for our Fall Member Meeting in San Diego where members can choose from over 20 sessions with peer groups (“communities of practice”), cross-cutting topical sessions and off-site tours in the meeting’s host city.
Each meeting brings together a diverse set of 200+ practitioners, engaging over 80% of our member organizations to build relationships, exchange knowledge and share solutions with their peers.

DC Policy Meeting
March 17 - 18th, 2026 | Washington, D.C.
Save the date for our 2026 DC Policy Meeting that will convene practitioners to discuss the latest federal policy issues, generate ideas, meet with policymakers and partners, and build consensus among HPN members on collectively improving the existing affordable housing ecosystem. At the 2025 Strength Matters Financial Management Conference in Charlotte, NC, the conference brought together hundreds of nonprofit community development leaders from around the nation, as well as leading mission-focused for-profit colleagues and key investment and accounting partners. Together, we engaged on the opportunities and challenges facing us today — and on the horizon.
