2019 Fall Member Meeting :
The HPN Conduit is rapidly taking shape! At the December 2019 member meeting in Los Angeles, HPN staff, Systima Capital Management and HPN members held engaged and productive discussions and provided feedback regarding their capital and financing needs. HPN members expressed strong interest in moving forward.
With the HPN Conduit, members will have the ability to access capital at terms that will be driven by the benefits of Freddie Mac’s securitization programs. Products will include short term bridge, preferred equity and mezzanine financing options, as well as permanent financing (taxable and tax exempt). Here are the slides presented to members in LA, along with several additional informative slides in two appendices.
