Yadira Simmons
Yadira, or “Yari” is responsible for managing all aspects to the loan closings process, corporate level documentation for consolidated and off-balance sheet funds. Prior to HPN, she was the Assistant Director of Loan Closings at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, where she worked for over 14 years and oversaw the loan closing process for affordable housing transactions and agency programs (including HUD, LIHTC, NMTC, HAP, CDBG, RAD, USDA, FHA, FHLB, and GSE loan products, among others). Yadira has a degree from Strayer University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
