Tolu Akintoba
Tolu Akintoba joined HPN in September 2023. In her role as Policy Development Associate, Tolu identifies and advances new policy ideas, highlights state and local policy work on behalf of HPN members, and documents best practices to most effectively serve the needs of HPN members and their communities.
Prior to joining the HPN team, Tolu was a Fellow at Evergreen Strategy Group, a public policy and social impact agency where she worked with non-profit and corporate clients in advocacy efforts around their priority areas, implementing and recommending strategies to amplify their work. Tolu also held a Fellowship role with VSC, a public relations, multimedia, and content marketing agency, where she supported startups across various verticals in the technology space, such as education technology, climate venture capital, and insurance technology.
Tolu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Communications and Studio Arts.
