Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith oversees agency and social enterprise governance activities and provides direct support to the Executive Office (CEO and Chief of Staff). She originally joined HPN as an Executive Assistant in 2018 to support the entire Executive Leadership Team. Rachel brings a wide range of work experience to HPN, ranging from teaching kindergarten to fabricating custom draperies to supporting the Chief Development Officer of a large Boston based healthcare organization. She received a B.A. in Elementary Education from St. Michael’s College.
