Paul Downing joined the Housing Partnership Network in June 2017 as the Director, Information Systems, and was promoted to the position of VP of Operations and Information Systems in 2018. Paul is an information technology professional with nearly twenty years of experience in software development, database administration, business intelligence, analytics, and cloud technologies. Before joining HPN, Paul was an IT Director for an international education company where he was responsible for building custom software/applications and delivering technology to national clients. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts.
