Noel Andrés Poyo
As a member of HPN's Executive Team, Noel serves the Network’s broad and diverse membership of over 100 affordable housing lenders, builders, owners, and operators. He is a nationally recognized leader and expert in the fields of community development, affordable housing, and impact investing. His 25+ year career has focused on integrating immigrants and low-income households into the mainstream financial services and real estate sectors and on improving the livability and economic resilience of low-income neighborhoods and affordable housing communities.
Noel served for three and half years as a senior Biden Administration appointee at the U.S. Treasury Department. Previously, he served as executive director of the National Association for Latino Community Assets Builders and, prior, as a private sector consultant. From 2015-2017, Noel served as an inaugural member of the Community Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve System. Noel is a graduate of Yale University and a proud husband and girl dad.
