Michael Telesford
Michael has nine real estate development finance and project management expertise. Prior to joining HPN, Michael served as a Senior Community Investment Officer for the Corporation of Supportive Housing, underwriting acquisition, and predevelopment loans for supportive and affordable housing developments focusing on the New York City area, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining CSH, Michael was a Sr. Project Manager for HELP USA, Inc. nonprofit developer in New York City. He also served as Project Manager at New York State Housing Finance Agency, the state bond agency. Michael holds a master’s degree in public finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
