Katie Rodriguez
Katie Rodriguez manages the Network's capital market relationships, and is responsible for raising debt, equity, and impact investing capital, as well as for its CDFI lending and investing strategy and activities.
Ms. Rodriguez has a diverse background in investment and asset management across a variety of real estate asset classes and has significant experience in the workout of distressed loans and REO assets. She is regarded in the industry as an innovator, for example, in scaling use of New Markets Tax Credits across the HPN’s member network to increase supply of affordable single-family homes nationwide. Prior to joining the Network in 2012 and being promoted to successive levels of responsibility, she managed a national portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties for UC Funding, a structured finance firm in Boston, supported a $1 billion commercial real estate portfolio at Anglo Irish Bank, and was responsible for analysis and budgeting of over 2.5 million square feet of commercial and university real estate holdings at Harvard University.
Ms. Rodriguez holds a BBA from George Washington University and an MBA from Boston University where she completed coursework in finance, marketing, and real estate development.
