Ian Regnier
Ian Regnier joined HPN in September 2022 as a loan officer, supporting the lending activities of HPF and HPN. Ian works with the HPN member network to deliver responsive and flexible capital to meet membership needs.
Ian comes to HPN from a partner CDFI, Opportunity Finance Network (OFN), where he was a credit analyst working to bring capital to low-income, low-wealth, and other underserved communities. He did so through investing in OFN member CDFI’s along with supporting a growing portfolio of over $1 Billion in assets under management. Previously, Ian worked as an Affordable Housing Development Intern for the Detroit Housing Commission, where he learned the ins and outs of how to get an affordable housing project from the start to the finish line.
Ian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Wayne State University.
