Cindy Auguste
Cindy Auguste joined HPN in March 2024 as Director of Business Development, where she leads marketing and sales efforts to support the growth of HPN’s Talent-oriented business lines and services (e.g., Next Gen Talent Academy, Housing Partnership Insurance Exchange Health, Member Compensation Study, Member Capacity Pipeline programs).
Cindy has been in sales and business development for many years, and her experience spans a variety of industries, including information technology, education, finance, and staffing. She recently earned a graduate degree from Walden University and was inspired to pursue a career that will positively impact society. With expertise in staffing and strategic partnerships, she recognized the need for diverse talent development. She is excited to join HPN and anticipates developing strategic partnerships with members and clients to help students learn about the affordable housing industry while enhancing a diverse pipeline of talent to become future leaders in this field. Cindy's interests outside of work include traveling with her family, reading, painting, and exploring museums and restaurants.
