New Urban Development is the housing development affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami and established itself as an emerging leader the real estate development market, based on its core principles of, sensitivity to community needs, minority & community participation and projects that are a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization. New Urban Development transforms dwellings into homes, homes into neighborhoods, and neighborhoods into opportunities. Founded in 2005 as the housing development affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami, Inc., New Urban Development’s primary responsibility is the financing, acquisition, development, construction oversight and asset management of the myriad of commercial and residential housing developments owned and/or managed by the Urban League of Greater Miami and its subsidiary entities.

With every engagement, New Urban Development seeks to “Plan. Build. Innovate.” by employing the principles of social entrepreneurship. The organization has targeted for development or redevelopment properties throughout Miami’s urban core, encouraging community participation in projects that become a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization.
