Nevada HAND is the state’s largest 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the financing, development, construction, and management of high-quality affordable homes and supportive services for low-income working families and seniors.

There are 34 Nevada HAND communities in Southern Nevada, including the only two affordable assisted living communities in the state. With over 4,600 homes, the organization is proud to serve over 7,900 Southern Nevadans who call a Nevada HAND community 'home.' Nevada HAND serves residents with onsite Resident Services that connects residents to programs, services, and resources that most effectively meet their individual needs.
