About National Community Renaissance

National Community Renaissance (National CORE) is one of the largest nonprofit affordable housing development corporations in the United States. National CORE is a full-service affordable housing and social service organization with a portfolio of nearly 9,000 affordable apartments in five states. The total assets of the organization are more than $825 million. National CORE manages several business lines that contribute to the development and preservation of high quality affordable housing throughout the country. Existing business lines include:-Development of new affordable housing - Preservation of existing affordable housing at risk - Property and asset management -Full service construction management with expertise in multifamily, senior housing, mixed use development and neighborhood revitalization -Management of outcomes based on social services that address identified needs in resident populations. National CORE has made significant contributions to families living in affordable housing communities and as a result has improved the quality of life in nearly one hundred communities.
