About LIIF
The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) invests capital to support healthy families and communities. Since 1984, LIIF has served more than 2.3 million people by providing over $3 billion in financing and technical assistance. Over its history, LIIF has invested in projects that have created and preserved: 85,000 units of affordable housing; 273,500 child care spaces; 101,000 spaces in schools; 184,000 jobs; and 41 million square feet of community facilities and commercial space.
