The mission of EAH Housing is to create community by developing, managing, and promoting quality affordable housing.

The vision of EAH Housing is of balanced communities composed of people of many income levels, abilities, educational backgrounds, job skills, religions, and cultures, with affordable housing available for all. We believe this balance enhances the quality and richness of all our lives.

For 53 years EAH Housing has furthered its mission with the underlying belief that well-managed attractive affordable housing is the cornerstone to sustainable, livable communities. Our organization has received multiple national awards for property management, numerous design awards, and commendations from legislators on the federal, state, and local levels. EAH is known by government officials, community leaders, lenders, and most importantly by residents, as a capable and trustworthy organization motivated by an authentic concern for the people we serve.

EAH Housing has become one of the most respected nonprofit housing management and development organizations in the western United States. EAH has developed partnerships in 87 municipalities within 23 counties throughout California and Hawaii, serves over 25,000 residents in over 13,000 units, and has $1.8 billion in active development.
