Building communities of opportunity requires that people at all income levels have decent, affordable places to live and thrive. Capital Impact is leads housing efforts nationwide through initiatives such as the Detroit Neighborhoods Fund, the Bay’s Future Fund in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the DHCD Preservation Fund in Washington, D.C. At 12/31/2020, we had financed the preservation, acquisition, and construction of more than 41,184 homes across the country.
