About AHC Inc.

Established in 1975, AHC Inc. operates in Arlington, Virginia, and other parts of the greater Washington, DC - Baltimore area, including Baltimore, Maryland; Montgomery County, Maryland; Washington, DC; Alexandria, Virginia, and Fairfax County, Virginia. Altogether, AHC's portfolio includes 52 properties with 7,843 apartments. In 2020, AHC opened The Apex, 256 new apartments affordable at 40 to 80% AMI. In 2021, we opened The Spire where 113 new apartment homes are being developed in partnership with the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. Most properties are managed by AHC Management, a for-profit subsidiary of AHC. Resident Services are offered in most of our apartment communities.
