ACTION-Housing was formed in 1957 to improve the state of the housing stock in Western Pennsylvania. Since that time, ACTION-Housing has grown into an active real-estate developer with over 4500 units completed and over 1500 units currently operating under our own subsidiary management company. We offer housing and related social services to the region's most vulnerable populations - including older adults; the homeless; people with disabilities; families and individuals with moderate incomes; homeowners facing foreclosure; veterans; and young people who have aged out of the foster care system. ACTION-Housing is one of PA's largest single family and multi family energy efficiency service providers.
