At 2Life Communities, we promote aging in community, which we define as living a full life of connection and purpose in a dynamic, supportive environment. We do this with a laser-sharp focus on affordability. 2Life Communities manages and operates affordable, high quality housing for over 1,577 older adults living on campuses in Boston, Brookline, Newton, Framingham and Shirley At 2Life, exceptional comprehensive programs and services enable residents to live their full lives with us, and in most cases avoid the need for costly and undesirable nursing home placements, 2Life residents receive support from highly qualified staff, including Resident Service Coordinators, to access benefits such as food stamps and subsidized health care, and to encourage participation in 2Life’s extensive array of life enhancing programs that yield richer lives. This includes 24/7 on-site staffing; fitness and fall prevention services; wheelchair-accessible transportation; special programming for residents on the memory-loss spectrum; on-site wellness nurses, and for our frailest residents, in-home and case management services.
