The Housing Partnership Network is growing!  We have a NEW full-time position available for a Senior Associate, Innovation (remote position – with preference for individual to be in Baltimore, DC Region)

Job Summary: Reporting to Vice President, Innovation the Senior Associate will assume an important role assisting and working closely with the VP to support the Innovation Team’s charter to develop future innovative process, services, and value offerings for HPN.  The Senior Associate is responsible for working with HPN staff to advance new business and program concepts that strategically address gaps in the affordable housing and community development marketplace or fulfill a collective HPN member need. With a focus on research and design, the Senior Associate will work with HPN business line, program leaders, and internal staff to explore, pilot and incubate new member initiatives and ventures that stem from peer engagement. A critical element to success in this role is listening to HPN members and facilitating a constructive, collaborative process that involves addressing and reconciling the wide range of stakeholder needs for a new business or program.  A significant focus of this work will be exploring and executing on program and business opportunities that benefit people and communities of color.
