Shared Learning Among Peers

The cornerstone of the Housing Partnership Network's approach to social entrepreneurship is peer learning and collaboration among senior executives from our member organizations. HPN brings members together to share learnings and to pursue collaborative efforts that better position their businesses for growth and increase their impact on the people and communities they serve.

Our semi-annual member meetings, issue-specific working sessions, and online exchanges provide opportunities for members to collaborate with their peers. A key strength of these gatherings is the diverse perspective of the participants who are experts in housing development, community lending, neighborhood revitalization, housing counseling and service delivery. Smaller groups – communities of practice – deepen the peer exchange among practitioners who are working on similar issues in different regions of the country. The International Housing Partnership extends peer learning oversees with participation from colleagues in the U.K., Australia and Canada.
