In these extremely challenging times of COVID-19, HPN is more dedicated than ever to helping strengthen the non-profit affordable housing sector, and to support our members and their residents in every way possible. To that end, we have launched a series of Member Virtual Meetings for HPN members to share resources and connect with each other, and we are also advocating for federal funding to address the impact of COVID-19 on affordable housing. We will continue to provide opportunities for member exchange, and to work for resources that can help provide relief from the impact of COVID-19 on our communities including affordable housing and their owners. Meanwhile, we are grateful for all of our members and partners’ tireless efforts to persevere during these hard times, and hope that all of you stay healthy and safe!

Policy Proposal
We are advocating for federal funding to address the impact of COVID-19 on affordable housing. HPN in partnership with Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, Enterprise Community Partners, LISC, National NeighborWorks Association, Opportunity Finance Network and other affordable housing groups are urging Congress to use the HOME program to address emerging affordable housing needs.
