Tosin Durotoye joined the Housing Partnership Network in September 2016 as Framework's Director, Strategic Partnerships. Tosin is a housing and community development professional with more than ten years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Tosin's most recent professional role was with NeighborWorks America as the Training Programs Manager for the NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC). In this role, she managed a number of key programs including the NCHEC Professional Certification program, various grants including the HUD Housing Counseling training grant, and the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.

Prior to joining NeighborWorks, Tosin served as a senior project associate for a private consulting firm specializing in communications and outreach for District of Columbia and New York City development projects. In this position, she managed the communications and public engagement programs for government-related projects including strategic development plans, neighborhood revitalization strategies and area transportation studies. Tosin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wake Forest University and a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
