Peer Learning and Member Engagement
Jessica Davidson-Sawyer joined the Housing Partnership Network in April 2012. She is responsible for aggregating and analyzing member impact and production data, managing the Network's membership renewals and new applications, and helping to plan the Network's semi-annual member meetings and other peer exchanges.
Ms. Davidson-Sawyer has a professional background in community-based nonprofit management. Before joining the Network, Ms. Davidson-Sawyer was a consultant for buildOn, a multi-state youth development nonprofit, where she developed a 3-year strategic plan to implement an alumni engagement program. As the former Manager of Volunteer Services at Catholic Charities of Boston, she developed partnerships with dozens of community stakeholders, oversaw the agency's several thousand volunteers, and was responsible for grants management for community organizing and economic development funding. Prior to that, Ms. Davidson-Sawyer worked as an Institutional Review Specialist at ACCSC, a nationally-recognized accrediting agency.
Ms. Davidson-Sawyer holds a BA from Macalester College and an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
