Gregoire Eugene-Louis is a Real Estate Project Analyst that has worked in both community and economic development since 2008. His experience includes coordinating efforts within our County and State Agencies in order to provide incentives (inclusive of TIF, Brownfield, PILOTS, New Market Tax Credits, Historical Tax Credits, Empowerment Zones, Neighborhood Enterprise Zones, Training Grants etc.,) for existing and new businesses.
Gregoire graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelors degree in Political Science, but grew to love real estate and developments while enrolled in his Humanities 1030 class named Tour of Detroit.
